Michelle Lay is from Ann Arbor, Michigan and moved from her home state  to Las Vegas in 1994. She initially worked as a cocktail waitress, but soon got a night job as an exotic dancer. After a few years of stripping, she moved to Los Angeles in 1998 and settled in Malibu.
